In respecting and valuing the contribution made by staff and volunteers to the work we do through their varied experience and skills and we will provide a supportive environment for them to work in.
Objectives:
1. Modernising Day Services We will move towards modernising day services and provide the appropriate support to extend the quality, range and accessibility of services.
2. Increase Client Base We will develop a communication strategy to broaden the range of individuals we work with.
3. Raising the profile We will raise our profile with the public and health and social care communities to encompass people with mild to moderate mental health issues including the promotion of mental wellbeing generally. We will engineer innovative ways of reaching out to people in the wider rural community to ensure equitable access to services.
4. Information Centre We will develop a comprehensive quality information service to meet the needs of service users, carers and anyone seeking information on mental health and related issues.
5. We will expand our fundraising efforts seeking to become more self-sufficient and able to provide services which are not dependant on service contracts.
6. We will endeavour to achieve level 2 Quality Management in Mind to demonstrate that quality is embedded in all our activities.
