Counselling - South Lakeland Mind offer a counselling service, if would like to talk in confidence about any problems to a trained counsellor please contact us at our Kendal office for more information or to arrange a first appointment. This service is completely free.
Advocacy - We can arrange expert help to sort out problems with housing, benefits or health services plus much more to support you. This is again a free service and is available in association with other local Minds in Cumbria. Please ring the Kendal office for more details.
